Which payment methods does Licono accept?

You can pay with credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit card, PayPal, Klarna (Pay Later), or bank transfer. Business customers may also request payment by invoice.

Can I pay later at Licono?

Yes. With Klarna Pay Later, eligible customers can complete their order now and pay safely after delivery.

Is payment at Licono secure?

Yes. All transactions are processed through encrypted SSL connections and trusted, PCI-compliant payment providers. Your payment details are 100% protected.

Does Licono offer payment by invoice?

Yes. Verified business customers can place orders on invoice terms. Please contact us at support@licono.com to arrange invoice billing.

How quickly will I receive my software license?

All licenses are delivered digitally by email after checkout.

  • Typical delivery: within a few hours (often under 1 hour)
  • Processing: daily, Monday–Sunday
  • Maximum delivery time: up to 2 business days (payment verification, fraud checks, or rare technical delays)

Where is my license sent TO?

Your license is sent to the email address you entered at checkout.
Tip: whitelist our domain and check spam/junkif it’s not in your inbox. If you mistyped your email, contact support@licono.comas soon as possible.

Can I return my software license?

Yes. Licono offers a 14-day return window, which also applies to digital products.
After approval, we’ll revoke/deactivate the license to prevent further use and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
There are no admin/processing fees. See our Refund Policy for full details.

What if I don’t receive my license?

1. Check spam/junk and search your inbox for “Licono” or “license”.

2. Make sure the checkout email is correct.

3. If you still don’t have it after 2 business days, email support@licono.com with your order number so we can resend it immediately.

Warranty

Is there a warranty on my software license?

Yes. Every order from Licono comes with a full warranty for the entire duration of your license.

What does the Licono warranty cover?

Our warranty covers activation, functionality, and validity of your license.
If anything does not work as expected, we will resolve it free of charge.

Do I get support if my license doesn’t work?

Yes. Our support team provides free activation and installation assistance for as long as your license is valid.

How do I activate Adobe Creative Cloud?

1. Go to redeem.adobe.com.

2. Enter your code.

3. Sign in with your Adobe account.

4. Download Creative Cloud and install apps such as Photoshop.

How do I install Autodesk software like AutoCAD?

Sign in at autodesk.com with your Autodesk account.

After activation, your license will appear under manage.autodesk.com.

Download and install AutoCAD or other Autodesk applications.

How do I activate Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021 or 2024?

  1. Download Office directly from Microsoft.
  2. Choose “Activate by Telephone” during setup.
  3. Call the provided Microsoft number.
  4. Enter the confirmation code you receive by phone.
How do I activate Windows 10 or 11 with a product key?

  1. Go to Settings > System > About > Change Product Key.
  2. Enter your license code.
  3. Windows will activate automatically online.
